We consider our personnel to be the heart and pulse of our business. We nurture our employees via continuous improvement, training programs and workplace initiatives. This is evidenced by our current commitment to "up skill" our trades personnel by engaging in nationally accredited, workplace training including an on-site Diploma of Engineering.
In 2009, Production Parts signed a major up-skilling agreement with the Department of Defence SADI (Skilling Australia's Defence Industry) Program which provides a nationally accredited training course tailored for our current employees with a view of securing future jobs within the Australian defence industry.
With a manufacturing history of over sixty years, Production Parts is proud of its heritage as a privately owned and operated company.
Managing Director: Peter Nicholls
A qualified mechanical engineer, Peter worked for a number of manufacturing companies before joining Production Parts in 1976. As Managing Director, Peter has expanded the company to become one of the world's most recognised and highly regarded defence and aerospace machining facilities in
Peter holds the following qualifications : Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Management and has completed the Defence Industry Study Course (DISC).
Peter is actively involved in manufacturing and as such represents Australian manufacturers' interests at both industry and government levels.

Engineering Director: Ashley Nicholls
Ashley joined the company in 1987. As Production Parts' Engineering Director, Ashley utilises his extensive industry experience to ensure the production facility of Production Parts runs on time and to the requirements of our customers.
Ashley is a qualified mechanical engineer, holds the qualification of Master of Business Administration and has also completed the Defence Industry Study Course (DISC).
Ashley has sound engineering expertise and an eye for detail. Following stringent guidelines and procedures, Ashley ensures the work produced by Production Parts meets the highest quality assurance standards.
