Spur Gears
Complete manufacture of specialist gear boxes or gear cutting only of blanks supplied by the client. Capacity up to 1200mm dia. x 250mm face width (48" x 10")
Helical Gears
Hobbed or planed helical gears in batches from 1 off to many thousands off. Materials cut include steels plastics and reinforced composites
Internal Gears & Splines
Internal gears and splines straight sided or involute to 1200 mm dia (48").
Chain Sprockets
Any configuration. Stock sprockets or specialist made to order
